Join us for this virtual listening session designed to elevate the voices of students who are considering or pursuing careers in medicine. This interactive discussion brings together college students, medical students, and aspiring physicians with experienced physician leaders for an open and honest conversation about the journey into medicine.

Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences, preparation needs, and perceived barriers, including academic readiness, MCAT preparation, mentorship access, financial challenges, wellness, and work-life balance. The session will also explore what types of support, resources, and programming are most needed at different stages of the pipeline.
